The Newmarket Randwick site has transformed an old stable yard into a modern residential and commercial space. It boasts 128 apartments with various cafes and restaurants at street level. Following construction, Techni-Clean performed a final building clean at the site.
Techni-Clean applied a Techni-Seal protective sealant to the feature Italian Stone around the building. The iN Natural Sealer protects the stone whilst preserving the natural look and texture of the surface.
We also performed rust removal at one of the car parks on site.
